Sodexo School Food Services has an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to support a large K-12 School district located in Holyoke, MA. This account is innovative, progressive with strong Student Well Being initiatives. The best qualified candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized; detail oriented and have the ability to delegate effectively. What You'll Do

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations, managing employees both on-site and remotely;
• Deliver high quality food service;
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• Develop strategic plans;
• Create a positive environment; and / or
• Ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
