Responsibilities for the AR / Billing Specialist

Posting Accounts Receivable and light collections.

Generate billing to create invoices for each individual client.

Scanning of documents into the accounting system.

Update Excel spreadsheets and distribute accounts payable mail for coding.

Preferred Experience for the AR / Billing Specialist :

Proven general accounting experience ( 1 - 2 years)

Experience using Microsoft Excel and various functions to produce accurate reporting
