Position Description :
The Sanitation Laborer will maintain sanitary condition of equipment by following effective sanitation methods to meet regulatory requirements, with a safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a safety-culture for the benefit of the company and its employees.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Maintains sanitary condition of equipment by disassembling equipment and cleaning to regulatory standards with a use of high pressure water @ 140 – 160 F; following proper chemical allocation and cleaning applications
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed
- Adhere to all break and lunch requirements for the position
- Learn and execute 8 steps of sanitizing equipment, work area, and other requirements for a quality operation
- Fulfill inspection requirement of equipment after sanitation process is complete
- Must understand the corrective action process
