Title : Clinical Nurse Coordinator - ER

Location : Hermitage, TN

Salary / Pay Rate : $34.24 - $45.75 per hour.

Schedule : Full-Time (7PM - 7AM) ; Rotating Weekends.

Unit / Specialty : Emergency Room (ER)

Job Description :

As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be a pivotal leader on your designated day shift, responsible for the seamless coordination of all functions within our bustling 22-bed Emergency Room. You will work closely with the management team to continuously assess and elevate the quality of patient care. Your role will involve directing patient care, acting as a clinical expert and resource for the nursing staff, and ensuring that your team has the support it needs to handle complex and urgent patient needs. You will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment where patient conditions are meticulously monitored and the highest standards of safety and infection control are maintained.

Required Skills :

• Current RN licensure in Tennessee or a compact state.
• Associate's degree in Nursing.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse.
• Prior experience in a Charge Nurse role.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain within one year of employment).
• CPI certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment).

Preferred Skills :

Sign On Bonus : $15,000

Relocation Assistance : $5,000 (for qualifying moves over 50 miles)
