Outside Charter Coordinator

Quotes and books all outside charter work throughout the region. Centralizes and efficiently distributes the work to the appropriate location / branch. Monday through Friday, 8 hour schedule. Payrate : $25-27 / hr depending on experience.

Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system / cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone. Little or no travel required, but meeting with local customers may be necessary.
