Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by generating new leads through qualified calls and meetings, primarily via agency partner distribution.
  • Provide captive education and consulting to existing and prospective clients and agency partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs and delivering necessary documentation.
  • Participate in all sales activities, promoting a positive attitude supporting agency growth.
  • Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and member meetings.
  • Support the Captive Lead in executing program initiatives and fueling growth with quality captive members.
  • Ensure team accountability and foster a high-functioning team environment through coaching and influence.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Sales experience, preferably in commercial property casualty.
  • Valid state-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven process, excellent communication, proficiency in Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
