Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by generating new leads through qualified calls and meetings, primarily via agency partner distribution.
- Provide captive education and consulting to existing and prospective clients and agency partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs and delivering necessary documentation.
- Participate in all sales activities, promoting a positive attitude supporting agency growth.
- Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and member meetings.
- Support the Captive Lead in executing program initiatives and fueling growth with quality captive members.
- Ensure team accountability and foster a high-functioning team environment through coaching and influence.
Qualifications
College degree preferred.Sales experience, preferably in commercial property casualty.Valid state-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.Strong sales skills with a proven process, excellent communication, proficiency in Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.About Us
