Hospitalist / Nocturnist opening in MN - Visa EligibleLocation : Detroit Lakes, MN45m to Fargo, NDFull-time, permanent positionH1b Visa SponsoredPractice Details : - Full-time hospitalist / nocturnist position with a seven-on, seven-off schedule covering both day and night shifts with flexible rotation. - Provide comprehensive medical care, manage acute medical conditions, coordinate with specialists, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in our community hospital setting. - Practice in a 36-bed Level III Trauma Center and a top 20 community hospital.

• Coverage primarily in the ICU and medical-surgical units. - Average of 16 patient encounters per day shift, with support from an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) partner. - Six physician partners practicing locally allow scheduling flexibility.
• Ideal candidates possess Internal Medicine, Hospitalist Residency, or Family Medicine with Hospitalist experience. - Competitive compensation package including paid malpractice insurance.Requirements : - Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.Location Details : - Detroit Lakes is situated 45 miles east of Fargo, ND, and 200 miles northwest of Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN.
