Working Hours : 6 : 00AM to 4 : 00 PM, 1-hour lunch break.

Job Summary / Objective of Job

The Dyno Technician is responsible for running transmissions on the Dyno and checking quality control of units. Other responsibilities include keeping up with the flow of units and tracking different types of failures.

Summary of essential job functions :

  • Able to check quality control for leaks, noises, and paint quality

Able to detect causes of failures and keep track of each failure

  • Match paperwork with unit, model, serial# etc.
  • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of previous transmission experience is preferred
  • Able to work mostly independently
  • Clearly understand Dyno Manuals
  • Basic mechanical skills and a high level of attention to details with the ability to follow directions closely
  • Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to remain goal-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable of safe work practices required in the department
  • Ability to coordinate / prioritize / Organize
