Senior Elk / Elastic Consultant - Intl India (Plano)

Insight Global is looking for a Senior ELK / Elastic Consultant to join a food & beverage client in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will architect and optimize the ELK platform for large-scale deployments, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Youll design and build impactful Elasticsearch indices, dashboards, and visualizations to transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Utilizing Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs, youll develop seamless integrations and automate routine tasks. Youll establish and enforce development standards, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Collaboration with stakeholders across teams will be key to achieving shared observability goals. Youll champion AIOPS and touchless operations, driving continuous improvement and exploring cutting-edge solutions. As the ELK guru, youll collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on reference designs and advise leadership. Youll oversee the strategic SRE Observability program, ensuring alignment with the CTO and stakeholders. Tackling advanced troubleshooting challenges within the observability system will be part of your day-to-day, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, youll develop and implement scripts and tools, manage data pipelines, and integrate with core services and platforms, driving ongoing initiatives to refine observability systems and adapt to emerging needs.

• Experience with Logstash pipelines and Grok parsing
• Experience with AI / ML capabilities utilized on top of the ELK stack
• Data / Data Structures : Oracle, SQL, Mongo, Hadoop, Cloudera, Spark, Teradata
• 10-12+ years of experience working with Elastic platform and the ELK stack
• End-to-end experience administering ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, APM, Beats) production systems
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and Grafana (or similar) integrations with Elastic
• Proven ability to design efficient Elasticsearch indices and dashboards
• Hands-on experience with Elastic APM, ILM Lifecycle, and event management / analytics
• Experience ensuring proper data flow and implementing new feature adds
• Experience with vendor management
