The position is for a Director of Trauma Surgery within a multi-hospital system, requiring a general surgeon with trauma service experience. The candidate will oversee a team of 3-4 physicians and 3-4 APCs while also having opportunities to develop special interests. This role includes the establishment of a Trauma Service in an accredited General Surgery residency program starting in the summer of 2022.

• A general surgeon is needed to become the Director of Trauma Surgery at this multiple hospital system
• Hospital-based group consisting of general and specialty surgeons
• Develop any other special interests you may have
• Opportunity to build a Trauma Service with a busy and financially sound institution
• General Surgery residency that has been accredited to start in the summer of 2022
• Director candidates should have Trauma service experience and the ability for supervision of 3-4 physicians and 3-4 APCs
