About The Position

Sun River Health -

  • Full Time
  • specific : 36 hours required for full-time work. Typical clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30AM - 5PM. Some sites may be upon until 8PM and open weekends.
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen : 16-20
  • Call Schedule : Shared phone call
  • Loan Repayment
  • Sign-On Bonus : $10000

Compensation : Compensation is determined based on experience, hours worked, and location. Potential range from $237k-$256k., based on a 40 / hour work week.

    • Additional Info : Work with the largest FQHC in all of New York with multiple sites available in Long Island and Suffolk County : Wydranch, Patchogue, Brentwood, Shirley, Coram, Riverhead, Southampton, and Greenport.

  • Outpatient only, primary care opportunity

  • Minimal call responsibilities : Phone call is triaged through an answering service for urgencies. Call is split regionally amongst providers.
