Salary : $120,000 – $160,000

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and coordinate major construction projects in the greater Chicago area. This is a key leadership role managing everything from scheduling to subcontractor coordination on high-impact infrastructure work.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead administration and execution of one or more highway and bridge construction projects
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and deliverables
• Coordinate closely with field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner representatives
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Oversee procurement, documentation, and communication across the project lifecycle
