Associate Director, West Coast / Midwest US

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Los Angeles, California.

Responsibilities

Your role as an Associate Director will involve :

  • Design and execution of recruitment strategies to increase visibility and enrollment in IE University's undergraduate programs throughout the assigned territory.
  • Development and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including high school counselors, educational consultants, international schools, and community-based organizations.
  • Guidance of prospective students and families through the admissions process with personalized support, one-on-one consultations, and informational sessions.
  • Lead high-impact outreach activities, including high school visits, education fairs, Open Days, and IE master classesboth virtually and in-person.
  • Represent IE University at regional and national conferences for students, high school counselors, and global education networks.
  • Collaboration cross-functionally with global teams across marketing, admissions, and alumni to deliver an engaging and consistent student experience.
  • Use data and CRM tools to track outreach, analyze recruitment performance, and continuously refine engagement strategies.
  • Contribute to content and communications geared toward U.S. high school students and their families, working closely with the global marketing team.

    • Qualifications

    To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, admissions, marketing, or youth education; experience working with high school students, parents, or counselors is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable presenting to diverse audiences both in person and virtually.
  • Strategic thinking and creativity in driving growth, engagement, and awareness.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Passion for international education and cultural exchange.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (2550%) and occasional international travel.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

    • What We Offer :

  • Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000
  • Monthly Health Contribution : $920 through United Healthcare / Oxford
