Position Summary
The Key Account Director at AiFA Labs will be responsible for managing and expanding our most strategic client relationships across the U.S. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth technology firms, aligning AiFA Labs’ Generative AI solutions with their business objectives. This is a highly strategic role requiring a mix of enterprise account management, consultative selling, and a deep understanding of AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Own and grow relationships with assigned strategic / enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 and leading technology startups.
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to position AiFA Labs as a long-term innovation partner.
- Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and present AI-driven solutions.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across AiFA Labs’ offerings (e.g., Enterprise ChatGPT, SASA, Edge AI, chatbots).
Revenue Growth Business Development
Drive annual revenue growth and profitability within key accounts.Negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts, renewals, and strategic partnerships.Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide reliable forecasts of account opportunities.Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with AiFA Labs’ solution architects, product teams, data scientists, and customer success managers to deliver innovative AI solutions.Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients, presenting ROI and future roadmap alignment.Provide actionable market intelligence and client feedback to shape AiFA Labs’ product and service offerings.Customer Experience Advocacy
Ensure a seamless client experience across the AI solution lifecycle—from design to deployment to ongoing optimization.Proactively address client issues or escalations to protect and enhance long-term relationships.Cultivate customer advocacy by showcasing success stories and enabling clients to become AiFA Labs champions.Market Industry Insight
Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI, NLP, ML, and Intelligent Automation.Leverage insights to position AiFA Labs as a thought leader and indispensable partner in the AI ecosystem.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).8–12+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development within technology, SaaS, or AI / ML-driven solutions.Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar accounts and exceeding revenue targets.Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.Ability to collaborate across technical, product, and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel (25–40%) within the U.S. for client meetings and industry events.Desired Skills Competencies
Knowledge of Generative AI, ML, NLP, Intelligent Automation, or related emerging technologies.Experience in AI solution selling to Fortune 500 companies or large-scale enterprises.Strategic thinking with strong analytical and financial acumen.Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Exceptional presentation skills, including to non-technical executive audiences.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
