Are you a hospitalist medical director with a passion for clinical excellence and team leadership? TeamHealth is seeking a forward-thinking, patient-centered physician to join and help lead our high-performing hospital medicine team in La Porte, Indiana.

This is an excellent opportunity for a board certified or board eligible internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM) physician who is ready to take on a clinical leadership role and help drive quality improvement, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional inpatient care as part of a 7-on / 7-off hospitalist schedule
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds, quality initiatives, and performance improvement processes
• Take the lead on patient safety, documentation excellence, and protocol adherence
• Act as a liaison between hospital administration, nursing, and medical staff to support team cohesion and care continuity
• Contribute to a culture of teaching, accountability, and growth
