Physical Therapist – Asheville, NC

Join our Asheville team of high-performing clinicians and transform patients’ lives with evidence-based care! Our 8 Advent Health–affiliated clinics specialize in ortho post-op and sports medicine, with >

90% of clinicians being residency grads or current residents. You’ll have access to top-notch mentorship, nationally recognized clinical educators, and endless growth opportunities.

    Compensation & Bonus Structure

  • Base Salary : $74,000-$95,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
  • Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to  $10,000  available in select locations!

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

    • \n\nQualifications & Pay Range : \n

    Qualifications :

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • BLS certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients / day)
