Job Overview

Brattleboro Subaru, LLC is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians. If you are frustrated with the flat rate system or looking for better pay, we have a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are seeking a flat rate or hourly experienced technician who feels the flat rate system is not fair or is outdated. If you have ASE certifications, are concerned about doing the job right the first time, and want fair and rewarding compensation, then Brattleboro Subaru is the place for you.

Our technician pay plan and compensation plan are among the best in the business, with starting pay ranging from $20-$41.00 per hour (including overtime) based on your years of verifiable experience and ASE certifications.
