Digital Consumer Experience Advocate
As a Digital Consumer Experience Advocate, you'll be the front-line voice of GE Appliances, representing our family of brands across digital platforms. In this role, you'll connect with both current and potential customers through multiple online touchpoints, delivering best-in-class service while fostering brand loyalty and uncovering opportunities to drive sales. You'll interact with consumers through the "Ask a Question" and "Ratings & Reviews" features on our owned websites, as well as other internal and native platforms, providing pre-purchase guidance, post-purchase support, and trusted product expertise.
