Schedule Day 4x10-Hour (06 : 15 - 16 : 45) Job Description The CVOR Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in the cardiovascular operating room setting. The nurse will support a team of healthcare professionals during surgeries and will be responsible for maintaining the sterile field, assisting with equipment, and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process. Responsibilities Perform scrub duties during cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries. Assist in a variety of surgical procedures, including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR. Float to the main OR if necessary due to volume. Participate in call requirements as scheduled, including every third weekend. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. 1 year of CVOR experience required only if the candidate has 1 year of main OR experience; otherwise, 1 year of CVOR experience is necessary. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Proficiency in scrubbing cardiac cases preferred. Preferred experience with Trauma Level I cases. Why ARMStaffing?
