We are a leading financial services and insurance organization seeking a dedicated professional to join our Milwaukee team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our valued clients, serving as a trusted partner to employers, brokers, and plan members.

What You Will Do :

  • Serve as the primary service contact, managing inbound calls and email correspondence with professionalism and urgency.
  • Take ownership of client issues from start to finish, providing effective resolutions for service needs related to claims, billing, eligibility, commissions, and web access.
  • Provide a highly personalized experience, educating employers, brokers, and members on their coverage and the resources available to them.
  • Explain complex insurance concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and determine the proper course of action.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for your clients, influence positive outcomes, and drive process improvements.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals focused on client retention and satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Industry Experience : You have previous experience in the insurance industry, ideally with a strong understanding of group benefits.
  • Analytical Mindset : You can analyze underwriting risk factors, process complex and time-sensitive information from multiple sources, and make sound decisions based on data.
  • Advanced Service Skills : You are a top-tier communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of handling a wide variety of callers in a professional, empathetic manner.
  • Driven & Self-Motivated : You show a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and are a motivated self-starter.
  • Organized & Resilient : You have excellent organization and time management skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A Team Player : You are team-oriented, comfortable providing guidance on processes, and open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.

    • This is an essential, in-office position in Milwaukee, WI, dedicated to improving client persistency and overall satisfaction.
