The Career Mobile Equipment Operator position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who does not stray away from a challenge. In this position, you will perform activities related to processing, receiving, recording, storing, and / or shipping of raw materials / finished goods. Operate mobile equipment (heavy equipment, forklift, cranes, yard vehicle, lift truck) to move materials / products between warehouse / manufacturing facilities. May utilize computer software to identify materials / goods, ensure accuracy of purchase orders and maintain inventory.

In this role, the Mobile Equipment Operator :

• Operates mobile equipment such as lift trucks, overhead cranes, track mobiles / switch engine and / or yard vehicles in order to move materials and products between workstations and / or receiving and storage locations.
• Ensures proper identification of parts and materials.
• Can operate a lift truck with over 15,000-pound capacity
• Overhead crane (stationary) certified (move across plant)
• May operate mobile crane (move across yard)
• Scissor lift
• Operates multiple pieces of mobile equipment including lift trucks with greater than 55K pound capacity
• Follows all safety rules and practices.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
