• Be a trusted business partner for ESC network PMO leader
• Support financial analysis for different optimization initiatives under total program
• Track overall cost and savings for total program
• Provide monthly actual results & estimate to ESC and Corp FP&A
• Partner with Corporate Controller team to ensure accurate reporting of total program cost for external reporting purpose
• Partner with Corporate Controller and FP&A to lead process design and implementation of actual cost and savings tracking
• Be a point of contact with ESC / BG teams to ensure smooth execution at local level
• Support ESC FP&A team in annual operation plan and strategic plan

Work location : This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Travel : May include up to 5% domestic / international travel. Relocation Assistance : none.
