Job Overview :

As the Landscaper you will perform general landscaping tasks including grounds clean up, mowing grass, maintaining gardens and other general duties to ensure the overall community landscaping is designed and maintained properly.

Compensation : $18 per hour

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Your Responsibilities :

• Perform general landscape duties (cut grass, trim and edge around tress, maintain walkways, promote plant health) around the community and golf courses
• Complete landscaping to keep the outside of the building clean, safe, and beautiful
• Plant and maintain new decorative bushes, flowers, plans and shrubs
• Prune existing shrubs and trees to remove any overgrowth
• Apply fertilizer to lawns and plants when needed
• Spray lawn, shrub, and trees herbicides, and insecticides
• Clear debris and maintains driveways and walkways in safe condition
• Assist with the unloading of supplies and equipment during vendor deliveries
• Keeps job area clean and organized
• Sharpen tools such as weed cutters, edging tools, and shear
• Maintains, cleans, and properly stores landscaping equipment
