What You Bring :

  • Proven Grit : 5+ years of senior sales experience in flavors, fragrances, or related fields (think food ingredients, personal care, or specialty chemicals). A track record of obliterating sales goals is non-negotiable.
  • Industry Swagger : Deep knowledge of the global flavor and fragrance markettrends, consumer vibes, and regulations. B2B and B2C mastery is your jam.
  • Leadership Mojo : The ability to rally, mentor, and elevate a sales team to greatness while fostering a high-energy, collaborative vibe.
  • Silver Tongue : Killer presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Youre just as comfortable charming CEOs as you are closing complex deals.
  • Global Edge : Experience conquering international markets (North America, Europe, APAC) and navigating cross-cultural deals like a seasoned diplomat.
