Candidates must have 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.

Required NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications.

No trauma level one experience necessary.

Description :

A Kentucky or compact license is required.

No trauma level one experience is necessary.

Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

RTO for longer than one week will not be approved unless there are special circumstances.

Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted.

Staffing requires 4-5 weekend shifts per six weeks.

Candidates must have the ability to work with interdisciplinary support teams.

Required competencies include managing dysrhythmias, triage, and working with ventilated patients.

Compliance requirements include additional tests and exams relevant to emergency room protocols.

Candidates should complete certain online courses during onboarding.

References from a charge nurse or supervisor are required at the time of submission.

Candidates may float within the facility or to affiliated locations.
