★ The Role

As Systems Analyst, you'll support and optimize enterprise applications across departments. You'll work closely with business units to identify needs, guide technical solutions, and lead projects that improve system performance and user experience. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

★ Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support assigned enterprise systems and applications
  • Resolve escalated support incidents and guide lower-tier support teams
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders across departments
  • Consult with business leaders on system usage and optimization
  • Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities for expanded use
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely execution and documentation
  • Assist in preparing business cases and presenting to leadership committees

★ What You Bring

→ Must-Have Experience & Traits

  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise applications (financial industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills-able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Leadership skills to coach and support other IT resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
