Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects (retail, hospitality, office, etc.)

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery

Enforce safety protocols and quality standards

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors

Travel to various job sites across the U.S., typically on a rotational or project-based schedule

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction

Proven track record of managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Willingness and ability to travel extensively

OSHA 30 certification preferred
