Together, they collaborate on patient care in an attractive new Medical Arts building. Certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, this well-equipped setting features a fully integrated EMR and on-site blood work / lab services, plus a friendly, skilled support staff (RNs, MAs, and a superb practice manager). In addition to primary care, this site offers Dermatology, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology, Pulmonology and Behavioral Health.Under a new model, physicians here are paired with an advanced practice provider, and together you offer a range of outpatient services for pediatric through geriatric patients, including nursing home visits. Typical services include physical exams, womens health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals, and the management of chronic health conditions. You may offer obstetrics, if desired. Teaching opportunities arise when medical students and residents from Portland and Boston rotate to the area.
