The client’s company is seeking a hands-on R&D Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of complex electromechanical systems. This position is ideal for engineers with a strong background in product design, prototyping, and testing —especially within medical device or other regulated industries .

R&D Mechanical Engineer (Medical Device) Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, mechanisms, and systems for new or existing products.
• Drive concept creation, design validation, and prototype testing activities.
• Apply advanced mechanical engineering principles to solve complex design challenges.
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers or technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and systems engineering.
• Prepare design documentation, test reports, and technical presentations for project milestones.
