????Pay : $19 - $20 / hour
What You'll Be Doing :
Provide high-level customer support via phone, email, and occasionally in personAccurately enter and manage customer data and account information in internal systemsNavigate multiple accounts and switch between client needs with easeResearch and resolve issues efficiently and professionallyCommunicate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service deliveryMaintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and proceduresFollow up on open cases and ensure resolution meets customer satisfactionParticipate in ongoing training and team meetingsWhat Were Looking For :
