We're looking for a Security Systems Technician to join our field operations team and help bring top-tier projects to life.

What You'll Do

As a Security Systems Technician, you'll support system installations on customer job sites, working closely with lead technicians, project managers, and customers to ensure systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and safely.

You'll :

• Install and troubleshoot security systems based on provided plans and standards
• Support and collaborate with the lead technician and field team on all aspects of the install
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to resolve questions and stay on track
• Maintain clean and accurate project documentation using our system (ConnectWise)
• Keep daily logs of work completed, devices installed, and any changes made in the field
• Update drawings, schedules, and site data as needed during installation
• Follow all customer and company safety policies (OSHA compliance required)
• Represent Pro-Tec Design in a professional, customer-first manner every day
