Assistant Salon Manager for the Lash Lounge in Sacramento

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Sacramento. The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions in the United States. Founded in Dallas, TX, The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including tinting, threading, perming, and more. We take pride in consistently creating an inviting atmosphere with a focus on an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for an Assistant Salon Manager for our busy Sacramento salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, and your focus will be on providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, and training our staff in selling memberships and retail. Previous membership sales and management experience is required.

Responsibilities include improving sales, directly with front desk coverage, and indirectly via observing and coaching team members, identifying opportunities, and capitalizing on sales. You will also lead the marketing activities for both salons using our branded marketing tools and platforms, online, in-salon and through official business partnerships. The key performance indicators (KPI's) for the role include salon occupancy, lead conversions, re-bookings (guest satisfaction), membership sales, retail sales, upgraded experiences sales, social media followers (marketing), and online ratings (marketing). There may be opportunities to directly manage front desk & stylist resources (depending on experience).

Required skills include experience managing employees, experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses, exceptional customer service and computer skills, mindbody online experience is a plus, a college degree in business management or another relatable field is preferred, and you must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation.
