Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an RN / LPN at Lacon Rehab And Nursing located in Lacon, IL. The RN / LPN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring patient health, updating patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additional duties include developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating residents and families about health conditions, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in administering medications and monitoring patient health
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Ability to educate residents and families about health conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Valid RN or LPN license
• Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing facility is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• BLS certification is preferred

Compensation

Depending on years of licensure.

RNs $43-46 / hr

LPNs $36-39 / hr
