Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Live Chat Support Representative at Laka Group SRL, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients in the Civil Engineering industry. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and assistance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of Civil Engineering industry terminology is preferred
  • Qualifications :
