About the Position

The company seeks a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all phases of a large-scale, technically complex construction project located in Sandusky, OH . This role requires full-time onsite presence for approximately 36 months

As Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for field operations, schedule and budget oversight, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control. Ideal candidates will have experience in large-scale, mission-critical construction, especially in data centers

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in construction management, with extensive experience on large or technically intensive projects
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience preferred
• Proven success managing teams, subcontractors, and field operations on complex sites
• Deep understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality management
• Strong communication and leadership skills to interface effectively with owners, engineers, and vendors
• Must be local to Sandusky, OH, and able to be onsite full-time
