Executive Inventory Planning Consultant

We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Executive Inventory Planning Leader to consult with us part-time for a 2-3 month project with a commitment of 10-20 hours per week. This is a chance to make a significant impact on our business, shaping our organizational structure and helping us select and onboard an AI-driven inventory planning tool. If you’re a scrappy, strategic leader who thrives on building and improving systems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

You'll act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, focusing on two key areas :

1. Inventory Planning Tool Selection and Implementation :

• Project-manage the process of finding, vetting, and onboarding a new inventory planning tool
• Lead the evaluation of multiple potential AI-driven inventory tools, starting with those we've already engaged with (e.g., Invent.ai, Retalon, Increff, Sage / Inventory Planner)
• Coordinate the seamless onboarding of the selected system
