A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the quality and integrity of peer review case reports while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
Verify that clinical citations are current and from reputable sources, and ensure the professional appearance of reports
Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and laboratory values
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently while prioritizing tasks efficiently
