SUMMARY

Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking to contract with  experienced Dump Truck Drivers to help finish out the 2025 construction season. Drivers provide outstanding customer service by delivering a quality product safely and efficiently, always representing the company in a friendly and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Drive dump truck to work locations for pickups and deliveries of aggregates, as well as wet batch concrete.
• Properly load, secure, and unload in a safe manner.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip safety inspection on equipment and the truck to ensure a safe vehicle.
• Wash out truck after deliveries.
• Perform minor maintenance to truck (tire pressure, oil change, lube job, etc.).
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety equipment and using excellent safety practices while visiting job sites per CTI policies, OSHA, and Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

In 2001, Concrete Technologies, Inc. ("CTI") opened for business with four employees and a focus on commercial foundations, floors, and parking lots. Since then, CTI has grown to over 250 employees and added mainline paving to its service line. Initially focused on Central Iowa, CTI has successfully completed projects throughout Iowa and the Midwest.
