Claims Adjuster
The Claims Adjuster role involves the evaluation and settlement of insurance claims. This includes investigating loss details, determining legal liability, negotiating with claimants, and ensuring that claims are processed in accordance with state laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :
As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
Conduct thorough investigations into loss incidents to determine the extent of damage or injury.
Review policyholder information and applicable policies to determine coverage.
Assess damages or injuries and calculate payment amounts based on policy provisions.
Communicate with claimants and vendors to negotiate settlements and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all claims activity.
Requirements :
To excel in this role, you should have :
A degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Knowledge of state laws and regulations governing insurance claims.
Preferred Qualifications :
While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous :
Advanced knowledge of insurance contracts and policies.
Experience working with complex claims and negotiations.
Knowledge of risk management principles and procedures.
