Starting Pay Rate : $1 9. 10 3rd Shift Differential : $2.50
Description : At Bama, the Shipping and Receiving Multi-skilled Warehouse Specialist is expected to understand and perform a minimum of 2 warehouse job functions and tasks. This position would be directly responsible for ensuring a high quality safe product; while minimizing damage, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring a safe work environment and practices. The Multi-skilled Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for working in multiple positions which could be at any Bama facility.

Duties :
- Understand Shipping / Receiving and warehouse processes and possess the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out and processed correctly for area of responsibility.
- Assist in Troubleshooting failures and identify corrective actions.
- Understand quality standards, follow those standards and knowing what to do and who to contact when some process is not functioning correctly.
- Understand Manufacturing guidelines for food safety, food security, and sanitation.
- Responsible for daily housekeeping of the warehouse
Minimum Qualifications :
Must be able to complete the certification process in a minimum of 2 warehouse functions such as : Bulk receiving, Line Support (Line Driver and Freezer Input), Shipping / Receiving, Inventory clerk, & Shuttle DriverMust participate in accident investigation and completion of follow-up reporting.Understand quality standards, follow those standards and knowing what to do and who to contact when some process is not functioning correctly.Minimum Qualifications :
