Intel Server Support Specialist

A company is looking for an Intel Server Support Specialist to maintain and optimize its enterprise-scale Intel-based server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ongoing operation and maintenance of Intel-based server infrastructure

Resolve incidents, deploy patches, and perform system upgrades in a timely manner

Document server configurations, processes, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

8-10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience in Intel-based server environments

Expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), and enterprise storage systems

Experience in incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis

Familiarity with backup / recovery systems, monitoring tools, and server security practices
