We are currently looking for a Distribution Center Associate in our new distribution centre on Alessandro Blvd in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, the worker will assist the DC Manager to ensure the proper functioning of distribution operations. What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure daily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing, etc.) are completed on time & in full
• Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all DC activities
• Ensure safety measures & distribution center rules are known and obeyed by all employees
• Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met
• Other related tasks
