Aero Alliance Authorized Service Provider Value Stream Leader
The Aero Alliance (50 / 50 GE Vernova & Baker Hughes Joint Venture) Authorized Service Provider Value Stream Leader is responsible for defining and executing the global third-party channel partner strategy.
Essential Functions :
- Accountable for the third-party channel network strategy and financial performance
- Own long-term network and licensing strategy for third-party channels, including authorized service providers (ASPs), component repair providers (CRPs), and parts distributors (PDs)
- Drive contract negotiations, parts strategy, pricing strategy, digital technology enhancements, and service offering expansion in the segment
- Work closely with Product Management, Asset Management, Repair Development and Productivity / Cost teams to define multi-generational plan, develop offerings, and implement growth strategy for third party segment
- Responsible for Component Repair business development and sales to the Aeroderivative Authorized Service Providers (ASPs).
- Responsible for external senior partnership relationships with Authorized Service Providers (MTU, TCT, IHI, etc...)
- Provide clear direction and guidance to teams, aligning efforts with organizational goals and values
- Monitor progress and evaluate performance using key metrics; identify and resolve issues proactively
