Data Engineer : This is where you come in.

We’re searching for a talented Data Engineer  to join our dynamic IT team. In this key position, you’ll be instrumental in building the data infrastructure that powers MacDonald-Miller’s next generation of data-driven insights and business intelligence. Your work will ensure the accessibility, cleanliness, and reliability of our data, enabling informed decision-making across the company.

As a Data Engineer,  you will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems that collect, manage, and transform raw data into actionable insights. Collaborating closely with BI Analyst, Accounting and Business Units, you’ll ensure that our data operations meet the evolving needs of our business.

To drive our success, you'll take on these core functions as a data champion :

This role reports to Maryna Wandschneider, IT Business Solutions Manager , and is part of a collaborative team working on a variety of critical projects and initiatives to support MacDonald-Miller’s growth. In this highly visible position, you’ll interact with teams across all levels of the organization.

Compensation : $85,000 to $110,000 Annually
