• Development, acceptance, and maintenance of the Communications and Training Oversight Plan
• Management of the communications resources responsible for the development of templates and materials
• Management of the training oversight resources
• Overall responsibility for the delivery and feedback consolidation of all communications and training
• Manage the Commonwealth's EVV Mailbox. Respond to inquiries within 5 business days. Respond to all emails within five business days. In cases in which the Selected Bidder requires assistance from MassHealth to respond, an acceptable initial response to the submitter can be to inform them that we have received their inquiry and are working on a response.
