What You Will Do
- Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients / customers, referring physicians, and / or clinics, payers, and supporting transplant staff.
- Works together as an integrated team and maintains positive relationships.
- Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
- Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values.
- Maintains knowledge and skills necessary to care for patients in all phases of the transplant process occurring in both the in-patient and out-patient setting.

Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.Qualifications
Education
Other Accredited Program : (Required) or(ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)Work Experience
1+ years of nursing experience (Required) and2+ years of transplant experience may be considered in lieu of one year of nursing experience.
