Our Silver Spring-based lane keeps you moving close to home. This is semi-local work hauling dry-van freight with a schedule that offers the best of both worlds : steady miles plus family time. Drivers are typically home most nights, with an occasional layover depending on freight flow.

What We're Looking For

We're hiring experienced, reliable Class A professionals who value safety and consistency. You must hold a valid CDL A license and have at least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last three years. Clean driving history is required - no major accidents, moving violations, or tickets in the past 24 months. Applicants must be 21 years or older and ready to join a team that respects both your time and your talent.

Pay & Earnings

Drivers earn $1,600 to $1,900 per week , with top performers reaching $2,100 weekly depending on miles and experience. Competitive CPM rates are verified through prior experience, and average weekly miles fall between 1,800 and 2,200. We also offer multiple performance incentives and a sign-on bonus for new drivers.

You'll receive pay for detention, drop & hook, live load, layovers, vacation, and sick time , plus paid training and orientation. All full-time drivers are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package , including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Home Time & Schedule

Drivers are home each week for two consecutive days , and many enjoy additional 10-hour resets at home throughout the workweek. You can expect an average of 10 to 14 hours of daily duty with start-time flexibility - both day and evening shifts are available. Some weeks include one to two overnight layovers, but no extended OTR runs.

Freight & Equipment

All freight is dry-van, 100 percent touch freight using an electric pallet jack and lift gate for deliveries. Freight is pre-loaded at pickup and unloaded by the driver at the receiver. Equipment is late-model and well-maintained, ensuring you stay on the road safely and efficiently.
