Real Estate Specialist

This position is with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Military Programs Directorate in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities :

• Review real estate project operations to ensure compliance with prescribed, authorities, policies, standards, technical procedures or instructions.
• Plan and direct assigned real estate program specialized areas and projects.
• Provide real estate advice and consultation to various levels of operating staff on problems and technical issues.
• Formulate policies and / or develops procedures and regulations.

To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the General Schedule (GS) - 14 Grade Level. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as :
