About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Physician specializing in General Diagnostic Radiology with Light Interventional Radiology (IR) experience for a locum tenens position through Barton Associates. This 56-day assignment at a hospital in North Dakota begins on 08 / 04 / 2025. The schedule includes weekday shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, plus night and weekend call coverage for 1-2 weeks per month. The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing 8-12 IR procedures per day and managing a diverse range of diagnostic imaging responsibilities. This position offers the possibility of extension beyond the initial assignment period.

Responsibilities and Duties :
Perform general diagnostic radiology interpretations
Conduct 8-12 IR procedures per day
Provide night and weekend call coverage as scheduled
Utilize Epic electronic medical record system
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Adhere to all relevant radiology regulations and best practices
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all procedures and interpretations
Additional Information :
North Dakota medical license required
Comfort with a range of IR procedures (specific list to be provided)
Experience with high-volume workload preferred
