• Assesses patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled and / or as needed, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.\n
• Collaborates with healthcare team to educate patient and their support system.\n
• Analyzes, modifies, and implements strategies to progress the patient through their plan of care.\n
• Ensures completion of nursing interventions, medical orders, and other related therapies.\n
• Prioritizes job duties according to patients' needs and changing acuity levels.\n\nKey Requirements : \n
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in New Jersey\n
• BSN preferred but not required\n
• At least 1+ years of recent Emergency Department RN experience\n
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association\n\nCompensation and Schedule : \n
• Pay rates begin at $46.47\n
